Shipping Policy
We ship to every corner of the globe. Please note however that once your shipping address has been confirmed, this is where the item will be sent. This cannot be changed once your order has been placed. Shipping rates vary on what country you are based in. Orders outside of the UK will be slightly more expensive. If you would like to know shipping rates for your region, please email us. All orders placed are shipped within 3 working days. If you need your order quicker, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do. If your order is out of stock or will require longer than 3 working days to ship we will email you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Lower Your Shoulder accepts returns and refunds under certain circumstances.
Every case is looked into individually. If your item has arrived damaged we will require a photo of the damaged item before a return or refund can be discussed.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items if you have ordered the wrong size. Size guides are available on all our products. If you require any more information on this or would like to ask any questions please email us, we’d be happy to help.
No sale items can be returned or refunded.
